Signs that HE is NOT the ONE.

Here are some signs that will guide you to decode whether your guy is worth of your time or not. If he shows any of these signs, its time for you to think if the relationship is fruitful or not.

1. He's in control. He tells you what to do, what to wear, where to go, what to eat, etc. He is not giving you your freedom to do what you want. He don't like you for you. He want to make you what you are not and what he want you to be. This is a sign that he don' trust you.

2. He cheated on you. He did something that is not right and will not help your relationship to be stronger. Remember that once a cheater, always a cheater. They may beg, they may cry, but don’t let your guard down like he did when he cheated on you.

3. He cries a lot. It is okay for a guy to cry once in a while but to cry in front of you almost everyday, be suspicious girl. Maybe he only wants to get your sympathy and attention. First ask him what's the problem and when he answered that he is just emotional, make a heart-to-heart talk with him to settle what's the matter. But if he only wants to get your attention, tell him that you are not his Mother and run away fast.

4. He makes you feel uncomfortable. In any relationship, both parties should be comfortable with each other. If you feel uncomfortable, your relationship will not work.

5. He has a substance of abuse problem. If your partner has an addiction whether to drugs, alcohol or smoking will be a big problem to you. He may encourage you to try these said addiction of him and make you an addict like him. Just think of the bad consequence that you will get in the future if you let his bad habit to continue.

6. He hit you. Even a simple slap will cause you into trouble. That little slap will turn into big slaps, punches, and eventually beatings. He is abusive and you need to rescue yourself from mugging.

7. You spent all of your money for him. A man should be responsible. He should know when he needs to be the one in-charge of spending for the both of you. You should not be a martyr and pay for all the expenses you both waste. See what happens when you tell him that you don’t have the money, then decide if you like the reaction.

8. He hates your family, friends and everyone close to you. Your friends and family are the reflections of who you are. If your partner hates your friends, it only means that he also hates YOU. Your friends and your family will always be with you more than your boyfriend.

9. He lets his friends to disrespect you. If your guy lets his friends and anyone he knows disrespect you, it only means he also disrespect you. He will not let anybody to contempt you if he truly loves you.

10. You two are not moving at the same pace. He treat you as a "cute girl" he dates while you treat him as the one you will going to marry. If he's not into you like you're into him, why waste of time. Move on girl, dump him.

The first thing to do in engaging with a relationship is that you should first know each other well to avoid these signs and evade break-ups.

What is heartbroken?

Here are some meanings from different persons:

1. When you love someone so much, then that person rejects that love for someone else. All you feel is an enormous pain inside you, especially whenever you see "your" girl with a different guy then you. You try and make like everything is all right, but you are really crying inside, wondering why this shit is happening. by schang

2. the most depressing thing you'll ever know. when you realize that you love someone and they don't love you back. you wonder how you live the way you do, hurt, lonely, and sometimes just confused. if you ever still see that person you might try to hide your sadness, but its hard. you just want to run away and cry. sometimes you may just act angry to try to keep from being depressive, but it doesn't always work, sometimes things just get more complicated. you might get mad and call him a freaking heartbreaker!! you might think you hate him sometimes. but you don't, your just trying to stop loving him. well love never dies. so if the guy u love doesn't love you now then he never did because love doesn't go away. he might try to tell you that his love for you is gone... but love doesn't leave like that. by Alicia

3. When you've grown attached to that special someone... And then rips out your heart from your chest just to step on it... It feels like eternal pain. By zerg rushin' fun

4. A feeling of enormious pain that is more then anything imaginable. It cannot be cured by medicine, or treated by anything but time. For those that know this feeling too well, it is not a physical pain that can be described, but soemething deep inside. Breathing gets hard, eating becomes tasteless, and love, well, what is love anymore. You forget. Yet you remember, remember how to love, and who you love - which makes it hurt so bad. Let it go people say, but how can you. Feelings are feelings, and you love who you love. Heartbrakes occur most when you love someone you are not suppose to. by heartbroken101

5. When you love someone, with a passion, and it turns out they either: hate u, have been playing tricks on you, are seeing someone else, have misled you into thinking that they want you. by smitten

6. When it feels like your heart has been ripped out droped kicked then had a full rugby team jumping up and down on it. by oliver

7. the worst feeling ull ever feel, happens whenever u love someone and they reject u. by Stanley west

8. When a girl/guy takes the heart you fully gave them, raise it high and drop it many repeated times. by ash pee

9. This emotional state is one of a complete range of emotions; mostly hurt and anger. It has many stages, and the first is usually shock or denial. After this, and the words of your once beloved have sunken in, it will feel as if your heart is literally being ripped out. This is because you will experience pain such as a tightening in the chest, stabbing pains in the chest, very heavy breathing, and an increased heart rate. You may diagnose yourself with a panic attack, but this is usually not the case. For some period of time (usually a few days to a week) you will feel as if you have an extreme case of an anxiety, and you may not like the thought of eating, for every time you do, it seems that the food will come right back up. Lack of sleep is very common, and you may be convinced that you are suffering from insomnia. Tears and crying also play a major role, but after about a day you will find that you no longer have any more tears to cry. by liz dani anderson

10. The brooding, depressing feeling that overtakes you upon realizing that the object of your desire doesn't return your affection. by montez

How to recover from a heartache?

Hate of sleepless night?

Hate of stressful day?

Hate of tearful eyes?

In short, hate of being heart broken?

Here are some advice to help you recover on the detestation and impair you are dealing with.

1. ENJOY. Try to avoid all the things that make you remember about that feeling. This will be the first thing to do if you want to recuperate from the heartache. You need a little help from your friends to enjoy yourself and forget the emotion of hurt. Watch a movie to distract yourself. Choose a comedy that has cheered you up in the past. Or watch a movie that's guaranteed to make you sob--it may surprise you how good that feels.

2. PAMPER YOURSELF. Treat yourself to whatever that will make you better. Go out with friends, have a relaxing massage, get a make-over, treat yourself at a good restaurant (but remember not to go to the place you most have a date) or go to a concert where you can enjoy. Be healthy and do not make yourself suffer with bad vibes. Just make yourself feel good in spite of being on a recent break-up.

3. SOCIALIZE. There are a lot of fishes in the sea. Don't focus yourself to only one. Try to meet other people. You don't even know if after these you will find the right man/woman for you (but don't over expect, it will hurt you more). This will help you enjoy your life without partner around. Just mingle around and enjoy with the people around you.

4. AVOID ALCOHOL, DRUGS, CIGARETTES OR FOOD. Those will be bad to your health (in excess) and will lead you to additional sickness and agony.

5. RELEASE ALL YOUR BAD VIBRATIONS. Write a journal, paint, listen to music. this will help you feel better. You need to discharge all the negative feelings in you to be able to feel calm after a great storm.

6. PREPARE YOURSELF. Healing process takes a lot of time. Be ready to come across sadness, anger, guilt or fear in between the time of recovery. Give yourself enough time to heal. Do not rush yourself in healing.

7. LEARN FROM THE EXPERIENCE. Don't look this thing on the bad side. Remember that failure will make you much stronger and better. After this situation you will not be hurt like you've been hurt today. In the future, if you remember what you have done, you will just laugh into it and say, "How stupid i am..".

8. TOMORROW IS ANOTHER DAY. Move on. You will find someone who deserves you completely. When that day comes, you will be fully prepared on the mixed emotions you will bump into. And you will just say, "My heart was broken once. It really hurts and I'm glad it's over."

Remember there are a lot of people out there that have bigger problem than you do. Just learn from the experience and forget the hurt feeling but bring the lessons you've learned.
