How to recover from a heartache?

Hate of sleepless night?

Hate of stressful day?

Hate of tearful eyes?

In short, hate of being heart broken?

Here are some advice to help you recover on the detestation and impair you are dealing with.

1. ENJOY. Try to avoid all the things that make you remember about that feeling. This will be the first thing to do if you want to recuperate from the heartache. You need a little help from your friends to enjoy yourself and forget the emotion of hurt. Watch a movie to distract yourself. Choose a comedy that has cheered you up in the past. Or watch a movie that's guaranteed to make you sob--it may surprise you how good that feels.

2. PAMPER YOURSELF. Treat yourself to whatever that will make you better. Go out with friends, have a relaxing massage, get a make-over, treat yourself at a good restaurant (but remember not to go to the place you most have a date) or go to a concert where you can enjoy. Be healthy and do not make yourself suffer with bad vibes. Just make yourself feel good in spite of being on a recent break-up.

3. SOCIALIZE. There are a lot of fishes in the sea. Don't focus yourself to only one. Try to meet other people. You don't even know if after these you will find the right man/woman for you (but don't over expect, it will hurt you more). This will help you enjoy your life without partner around. Just mingle around and enjoy with the people around you.

4. AVOID ALCOHOL, DRUGS, CIGARETTES OR FOOD. Those will be bad to your health (in excess) and will lead you to additional sickness and agony.

5. RELEASE ALL YOUR BAD VIBRATIONS. Write a journal, paint, listen to music. this will help you feel better. You need to discharge all the negative feelings in you to be able to feel calm after a great storm.

6. PREPARE YOURSELF. Healing process takes a lot of time. Be ready to come across sadness, anger, guilt or fear in between the time of recovery. Give yourself enough time to heal. Do not rush yourself in healing.

7. LEARN FROM THE EXPERIENCE. Don't look this thing on the bad side. Remember that failure will make you much stronger and better. After this situation you will not be hurt like you've been hurt today. In the future, if you remember what you have done, you will just laugh into it and say, "How stupid i am..".

8. TOMORROW IS ANOTHER DAY. Move on. You will find someone who deserves you completely. When that day comes, you will be fully prepared on the mixed emotions you will bump into. And you will just say, "My heart was broken once. It really hurts and I'm glad it's over."

Remember there are a lot of people out there that have bigger problem than you do. Just learn from the experience and forget the hurt feeling but bring the lessons you've learned.
