Be a Dreamer

Be someone who inspires
the people around you
by the way you live your life
and the way you treat others.
Stay focused on your future
and be willing to give all that you are
to make your dreams come true.
Encourage others,
and support them
with your strong beliefs.
Be a motivated person
who takes chances when
they present themselves.
Don't wait or worry about tomorrow;
just focused on
what's happening today.
Be someone
who looks forward
to challenges
and fully accepts
both the joys and struggles
that come to someone who dreams.

Ten Suggestions for a Brighter Future

1. Realize that life isn't always fair. Accept what you must, and change what you can.

2. Think before you act. A moment of carelessness or anger can cause years of anguish and regret.

3. Look for the beauty in life, in people in nature, and in yourself.

4. Appreciate what you have: the people, in nature and in yourself.

5. Make the effort to have fun. It's a great way to bond with others, and it makes some of est memories.

6. Set aside some time for yourself. Do something you enjoy without feeling even little guilty.

7. Accept others without judgment. Everyone is unique, and it's okay to be different.

8. Forgive. Bitterness and resentment hurt you more than the person you direct them at.

9. Learn. Open your mind to new ideas and activities, and don't be afraid to try.

10. Dream. Make plans, believe in yourself, and go for what you want.

Look on the Bright Side

When life seems overwhelming
and you can't seem to get
everything done...
When there isn't enough time
to relax and enjoy...
When there is little reward
for all your efforts and
you wonder if it's all worth it,
if this is what life is all about,
and if this is what the future
holds in store...

Try to keep a positive attitude by looking
for the little blessings that happen
every day yet often go unnoticed.
Keep your mind open to humorous situations,
because humor can rescue you
from being overwhelmed.
And never forget that there are people
who love and care about you.
people who want to help and support you
through life's difficult times;
people who think you're pretty special;
people who care a whole lot about you.
-- Barbara Cage

Special People

Special people are those
who have the ability to share
their lives with others.
They are honest in word and deed,
they are sincere and compassionate,
and they always make sure that
love is a part of everything.
Special people are those who have the ability
to give to others
and help them in the changes
that come their way.
They are not afraid
of being vulnerable;
they believe in their uniqueness
and are proud to be who they are.
Special people are those who
allow themselves the pleasures
of being close to others
and caring about their happiness.
They have come to understand
that love is what makes
the difference in life.
Special people are those who
truly make you beautiful.

It's Never Too Late to Make a Change

At any time, you can decide to
change the road you're on in life, take
a new direction, follow a new trail. You
are the only one who really knows what
you want from life and if you're on the
right road for you. You are the only one
who can fulfill your dreams and receive
the joys and happiness that come from
reaching those aspirations and goals.
Don't expect others to be responsible
for your happiness and success. You
must take control and be in-charge of
your destiny and day-to-day situations.
Take advice (most of the time it's free!)
and listen to what others have to say and
what concerns they have; it's important
to have different points of view. But
always validate those words of wisdom
with your own set of standards and make
sure that the advice has meaning to your
sense of reality.

Yes, I'm Depressed

Depression is a state of low mood and aversion to activity. The Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders defines a depressed person as experiencing feelings of sadness, helplessness and hopelessness. In traditional colloquy, feeling "depressed" is often synonymous with feeling "sad", but both clinical depression and non-clinical depression can also refer to a conglomeration of more than one feeling. --Wikipedia

"Persistent sadness, the feeling of being "empty", and anxious." That is my feeling now.

I just want to cry the whole day. I miss something that I want to see. But I've lost the chance. I'm just hoping there will be another chance.

Last night, I wished that I will forget that "thing" and all the memories with it. But unfortunately, it didn't happen. I wish I'll be better someday. and I wish that something will change just for me...

But it will never happen... :(
